Browns installed our new system 8 years ago and did a great job. Their service for the few issues we’ve had has been quick and very affordable. Highly recommend Brown Heating & Cooling.

Brown's has serviced all of our air and heat needs for 18 years, but today, I saw something wonderful. We ahve a dear neighbor with dementia, and when Brown's showed up to fix her heat, she was so confused and didn't know what was going on. But he was so kind and warm and genuinely caring, explaining who he was and why he was there multiple times, he got down next to her chair and held her hand and chatted with her like she was his own grandmother. Simply wonderful.!

We had a great experience working with Andy to have our unit raised where it was in a low spot. They came out when they said they would and communication was excellent for the duration of the project. They did an excellent job. They were very professional and very knowledgeable and we will be calling on them again for all our future heating and cooling needs.

I would not use this company ,they cancelled on me last minute and now i have to wait 3 more days in this 97 degree heat with no air because they canceled last minute and my insurance company cannot find another company and it didnt even matter to the guy that im a heart patient and on heart medication, he just said its to far of a drive ,so if you have a loved one with medical conditions dont risk there life with calling this place

Andy and his team went above and beyond to assist us where other local AC companies and even our contractor failed us. He went as far as arranging a concrete truck to raise our concrete pad to ensure it didn’t happen again. Honest people, incredibly responsive. I will always call them first for anything from now on.
