Browning HVAC Service

The thoroughness & expertise of Browning HVAC Service really astonished me. They made sure everything was immaculate & took the time to explain the procedure. Our home feels like it has much cleaner air. Definitely going to use them again!

Our AC works great! The bill is more expensive than having individual window units but those things aren't built to last. The one that worked the longest was 3 years. All others have been replaced at least once. The only weird thing is that there's a smell of urine when the heating is on, but not when the cooling is on. I've sprayed Lysol in there, I've cleaned the space the AC is located, I've cleaned the filter. I can't figure out what it is. Edit: they came and burned off the dust that collected in there which grows a bacteria that lets off a smell like urine.

TJ came out to our house to get measurements, etc to put together a quote for a new system. He said we’d have the quote by the next day in our email. Never heard from him or the company again. Never received a email or quote. We did get great service and a new system from another company, Mr. Kool. Glad we found them.

They examined my entire HVAC system for possible issues in addition to cleaning my air ducts. They have amazing attention to detail.

Wow! I cannot remember the last time I had such personalized service from a company! Mark (the owner) has gone WAY over and above - several times - to make sure our needs have been met. Nicest company EVER!
