O’Steen does unpermitted work without consideration of wetlands. Yes, I’m sure their contract says it’s the owner’s responsibility, but It only takes a minute to check permits - if they can’t be bothered to pull out their phone and do a quick search, I’m sure they aren’t putting much care into the rest of their work.
