New home owners who wanted to get a baseline of where our property is today. We opted for the Whole Home Protection Plan - a great option that gave us exactly what we were looking for - HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical Annual inspection (with added bonus of discounts on repairs/equipment). Dylan came yesterday to do the plumbing inspection. He was extremely knowledgeable, thoughtful and gave great explanations and recommendations for next steps. We needed a new toilet and garbage disposal and I was stoked he could help us install them right away. It was great to not have to schedule another appointment. Highly recommend!

We had a contract home electrical inspection and a few items that needed addressed were brought to our attention. We were not pressured but advised of items. We had an old hard wired smoke detector replaced, several other ones put in, there was an outlet put in backwards which was fixed and a surge protector placed on electrical panel. A roof fan was also replaced. Dakota was our tech and was respectful and answered any of our questions. He didn't rush job but did it a timely matter. We appreciate Dakota for all the work he did on our house.

Thank you to the great team of people who provided for our pleasant experience getting a new Trane heat pump installed. Chris was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the equipment and installation. He was more than a salesman. He constantly checked through the entire process to be sure they met our expectations. Highly skilled techs Randol and Nate, the primary installers worked with expertise for two days in the bitter cold. Eon came and helped with the very heavy lifting and other work too. At my request, Jared came 3 days after the install to check settings and add a sensor to the system. Everyone was so friendly and answered my many questions. We recently replaced our gas furnace and AC unit. We had Brubaker replace it with a new Trane system. Katey, who was our sales representative was wonderful and full of knowledge. She came out to the house, gave an estimate, explained the process, and answered all questions. She was in and out with no pressure! She communicated everything so clearly from start to finish. If anything was needed, Katey was on it immediately. The installers also did a great job. They worked very efficiently and got the job done in one day. Joel and crew did a fantastic job!
