Bought trees for our front yard, which faces west, for a windbreak and to enhance the view. From start to finish, the process was phenomenal! Maggie is extremely knowledgeable and helped us pick the best trees in our price range. She took the time to show us what was available. She listened to what we wanted and took the time to help us decide what would be best for us. Ross and Mario did an outstanding, professional job installing our new trees. They answered all our questions on proper care completely and willingly - never felt like we were being bothersome. Couldn't be happier! We highly recommend Brumond Smith with no reservations! My husband and I used Ross to create a landscape design around our new pool. Ross took an impressive amount of time and care in evaluating our space and developing a plan that allows for colorful growth throughout the year and that provides privacy and wind protection! He really treated our project like it was his own! We are very grateful and would highly recommend his service!

Not happy with this place at all and the owner does not understand how to provide good customer service. I am so upset with Maggie Coffin, apparently owner, that I won't speak to her anymore. From the day this cherry tree was planted with leaves full of holes all over, I made her aware of the situation. She said things like they go through inspections and I have a warranty for a year. I don't think I should have to wait a year for an expert to come look at this tree. It only gets worse by the day. She expected me to treat it right away, but I shouldn't have to from the start. This does not appear to be a quality product, and someone should have been out here either treating at no charge or replacing. She was no help whatsoever. If by some miracle they make it right, I will update the revie

I've been here a couple times and the staff is super friendly and helpful. The first time, I ordered a tree and installation was a piece a cake. I put a stake in the ground where I wanted it, they came and installed it, and I saw it when I got home from work. About 5 years later, it's a healthy and thriving tree. I highly recommend this place.
