This is our second home project with Brushed Monkey, and we couldn't be happier! They completely rebuilt the steps to our deck and then prepped and stained the entire deck, looks great. Also, Donnie and his designer handled the conversion of an old TV/VCR wall hutch into a beautiful bar with cherry walls, walnut counter, accent painted cabinet doors, and motion detector light - looks wonderful! Donnie is a true artist and professional and great to work with. He is attentive to detail and always keeps you posted on the progress of the project. Highly recommended!

I can't say enough good things about Brushed Monkey. Best painters we've ever used. We had been living with a paint color we were tired of but kept putting off painting our living room and stairwell, which are 20 feet high, and we also needed to remove the popcorn from the ceiling, but we thought it would be a huge mess and take forever. I am new to Brushed Monkey and am just getting started with our project. I have been impressed with every aspect of the process. The owner, Donnie, brings a passion and vision to the project. He has terrific ideas for improving a room and fixtures. He is obviously very talented at his craft and brings the eye of a designer without the designer surcharge. He is also very patient. I have changed my mind several times during the bid process and have asked for a quote to add additional work. Donnie has quickly responded to my questions and provided updated estimates. The pricing is fair for the type of work we are doing (texture, limestone paint, glazing, enamel work, refinishing some cabinetry). Donnie and team did a fantastic job installing several new drywall ceilings in our home. They are stellar with communications, stuck to their timeline and estimate, and followed up after the job to make sure everything was perfect.
