Have been doing business with Mr. Jeff Bryant & his father for 30 plus years . Bryant & Co. is an extremely professional , very knowledgeable company !! As for the commit concerning termination of employee , the state of Alabama is a "Work At The Pleasure Of Employer" State. An Employee can be terminated without cause given to employee. As for Unemployment Compensation . That decision is Not up to the Company , it is up to the Unemployment Office . A Company can either Dispute the payment or Not , but the final decision is left to the Unemployment Officials . I do not know the circumstances of the commit and everyone is entitled to his or her opinion . My opinion is that Bryant & Co. has been in business for 60 plus years. Everyone makes mistakes , But you can not stay in business for that
