First time using BSE, highly recommended. I used a different company for replacing my hot water heater and had several issues. Just calling BSE to schedule an appointment they were very polite, professional and knowledgeable. Provided immediate service. The technicians that came to do the work needed were extremely polite, professional, knowledgeable and respectful. Explained everything in detail and did excellent work. Diego was great! He diagnosed our no cold water to our shower issue very quickly, and came back and replaced the cartridge to the shower valve. He did a great job and they are reasonably priced. Highly recommend them.

Technician Josh was very knowledgeable. He heard the issues i was experiencing. Took the time to explain what could be the cause and made my sister aware of the cost. Appreciate the transparency of a situation like this. Definitely recommend.
