Carmen Brand is an excellent service specialist. Every time I get her on the phone she is kind, informed, patient, and always pleasant—even on the busiest days. Not to mention she is able to take quick action, often helping a service tech dispatch ASAP for us. So much of our experience with SOS is with the service specialists and when we get Carmen, I feel we’re in good hands.

I called SOS this morning, I spoke to Carmen Brand. I wanted let you know that I think Carmen is a huge asset to your company and Customer Service Dept. This was actually the 2nd time I spoke to her with concerns that I had. After looking in my account, she remembered that she spoke to me on another matter. She is very pleasant, professional & addressed my concern. She didn't get annoyed that I was basically calling about the same thing I called about prior! :-)

Just had an 8 foot pile of snow removed for the next oil delivery. Called and Carmen said that it was scheduled for today. Awesome since we are expecting more snow on Sunday. SOS is truly a great company to deal with.

I had the pleasure of working with Carmen Brand today regarding my questions on my SOS Propane Account and what a pleasant employee. Carmen personality was absolutely amazing, I had multiple questions and she happily and professionally explained everything. I kept apologizing for taking so much of her time but she kept reassuring me that I was not. Carmen was so knowledgeable and answered all of my questions with so much detail. Appreciate being able to easily reach assistance on the phone whenever I have a question or concern with our many HVAC systems that SOS has been installing and maintaining for years. In this instance, the knowledgeable, friendly and professional rep was Carmen. She was able to answer my questions and provide the details I needed to make my decision on the plans for this year.
