They charge 20% more for the oil to get the guarantee of not running out of fuel oil and then charge a $116 to you if you do. I called them for two weeks before this last storm and they didn’t deliver. I ran out of fuel Tuesday and they charged me to come out and give me ten gallons. Then they filled it up at $5.02 per gallon, next most expensive is 3.90. Worst place, no communication and flat out lied to me saying there was a down tree and rocks blocking the way in.

We used region for two years. We went through a hardship and canceled our membership so that we could pay for a lower amount of oil about a year ago instead of filling the entire tank. Region came and filled our tank after six months of not doing so and now we are getting papers in the mail being sued for it. The worst part is they charged us six dollars and change per gallon, which was way above market price and three dollars more than our contract was agreed to for that year. Cash oil &co is great! Free delivery and they will fill up immediately minimum of 100 gallons. They have the lowest prices with no contract. Please stay clear of region!

Terrible air condition installation. In June we had a 12K new air conditioning unit installed and only worked for a couple of days creating leaks in several areas in the ceiling from the attic unit. Regional Energy’s subcontractor only came once and unable to fix it properly. We had about 7 Regional Energy’s technicians coming and every time we were given a different diagnose. None of the managers we emailed or called contacted us. The contractor finally came a month later and the unit so far is working, however, the ceiling has not been repaired, and the stairs going to the attic broke from all the people going up and down. Sonny came to my home today to diagnose and fix an issue with the boiler in my newly purchased home. He put my worries at ease when I was panicked about the system randomly shutting off by identifying exactly what was causing the shut offs and was able to replace/fix the issues right on the spot as well as do the annual maintenance the boiler was long overdue for. I really appreciate that he was kind and courteous to me and respected my home - you’d never know someone was tinkering with my boiler as my house was left spotless after all was said and done. I wish I can give 0 stars. I just moved into my house in September of 2021. Since then I have experienced horrible service with this company. They fail to communicate and they don’t monitor the tanks. Apparently there was an issue with my tank (I have 2) and my house was put on hold and I was never notified. It’s the middle of the winter I’ve been in the freezing cold twice and have not received much help. It wasn’t until 2 months being in winter where I heard back about the reason for my house being on hold. When the staff comes to my house they are unprofessional it’s truly baffling.
