Horrible job! The father Mike was very slow, after 3 hours at my home, the windows had streaks, screens were still dusty, tracks were still dirty, and I had no more time to allow him to finish the job. So he left. I called the son Tyson to let him know how dissatisfied I was, he apologized for the poor quality of work and offered to return the money we paid him. I am still waiting for the father to send me my refund. Tyson has been more than honest and professional. Sorry for your situation Tyson.
