September 2018. It breaks my heart to give Mike an average rating, but I must. I used Bubbles in 2017 to do a complete concrete and patio clean. The job was a good job . Unknown to me his circular power scrubber took some of the stain off of my driveway and sidewalk to the house. I was surprised to find that he did not use a detergent to clean the concrete. Used only water, thus the stains returned by Fall. Now 2018 I was unhappy with the stains and called Bubbles and wanted to hire him to do a touch up clean, this time with detergent. I waited ALL summer. I cleared my patio and moved my pots and furniture. ALL summer I waited for an appointment. I called and texted and got many excuses or no calls back.
