UPDATED: MARCH 18th, 2026 To Date Buccheri and Joe REFUSE to speak to me, the Owner. It is the 3rd time Greg Buccheri has spent my money without calling me first with options BEFORE work is performed. He lied that there has to be a leak to exchange a unit; he told Toby, Town Offiice, that he was not charging me labor and told the heater company he was charging me labor. In America the Owner should be told. The heater company rep explained that a warranty was placed for the parts of thermostat and heating element and it they are covered under warranty which then became another lie from Greg of mission to the Owner. Therefore, when calling a local sales company today for these heaters, he affirmed the parts could have been ordered and replaced. I would have had options and although my tenan
