Rovitti installed a generator for my home. As part of that, I also paid for a permit. It turns out they opened the permit but never closed it and never hired a third party inspector, as required. Now I'm trying to sell my home. I discover the open permit. Rovitti does not respond to repeated phone calls and emails for 6 weeks, so I hire someone else to close the permit even though I already paid Rovitti. Turns out because of the time lapsed and the lack of a third party inspection, the town will require the permit process to start all over again. Disappointing service, incompetence, and carelessness.
The team at Rovitti were great to work with for my bathroom Reno. They even reset the clocks on my appliances after they turned the power back on, what a nice touch!
Sean and his team were efficient, courteous, and smart. Will definitely be using them again.
