I do not know how this company is still open. They are by FAR the absolute WORST linen company I have ever had to work with. Not one time in the past 8 months have they brought the items we asked for. It's whatever they have left on the truck. Oh you ordered 50 well there is 5 on the truck so that's what you get. They will not let us out of the contract even though they are not holding up their end. We can't do our job correctly because they are not doing theirs! Now it's been 2 weeks since they have come. I dispise this company. I would not recommend this company to anyone! I see why they only have 3.1 stars. Get it together Buckeye.

The WORST customer service and communication of any business I've ever worked with. I manage a company who had done business with Buckeye Linen for the last 7+ years. Our contract was coming to an end in the fall of this year, and I contacted them several times prior to the end of the contract in attempt to cancel as we are bringing laundry in house. I called 3+ times in early September and spoke to a receptionist associate who said she wasn't able to answer any questions and that I would have to speak to a manager about cancellation. He was never available any of the times I called. After my fourth phone call to them with no response or answer from the manager, I was obviously frustrated and she finally put me in contact with the manager who told me that our SEVEN YEAR CONTRACT just renew

They called the day before pick up (the day of my event) to say they no longer had the color I had on my order. Was going to charge me the same price for an alternative color. Cancelled my order entirely and am now having to scramble for my event in less than 24 hours.

Buckeye Linen has customer service second to none. They provide a quality product, great customer service, and do both at a very reasonable price. The easiest 5 star review I can write on Google.
