John Buckmaster has serviced my 95-year-old mother's Annapolis home for more than 25 years. John has gone above and beyond to take care of her almost like a family member. He responds quickly to service requests and consistently provides the highest care and service during each visit. He recently replaced the motor in the air conditioning unit he had installed for us more than a decade ago. Unfortunately, my mom had signed up for a home warranty plan a few months before and John did his best to help us navigate through all the hoops they were requiring to cover the repair. I bought a new constructed house in Edgewater. This business was the contractor that that installed the HVAC system. They don't answer the phone, or return voicemail. Take your business somewhere else.
