Bucks Appliance Repair

Showed up on time. Diagnosed the problem quickly. Upfront and honest our washer is over 25 years old they told me it’s a great machine and is worth the repair but it would be expensive. I appreciated the honesty and it wasn’t as expensive as a new machine of it caliber so we proceeded with the repair. They ran into some extra issues because the machines advanced age but took care of it in a timely fashion with no additional cost to us. That machine is working like brand new. Great communication throughout the entire process. Highly recommend.

Dylan was quick to get back to us to set up service . The day of service he was prompt and quick to address our dryer issue. We thought the pricing was reasonable and he fixed our dryer on a Sunday. Definitely would use again in the future and would recommend .

We reached out to Bucks Appliance after purchasing a gas range from Home Depot, Dylon came out and did the propane conversion and attempted to install. Low and behold, the wrong install kit was sent and he had to come back on another day with the correct install kit. Unfortunately, the oven was defective and couldn't be installed. He even returned after his next job to try another fix, even though I told him the manufacturer was sending someone out the next day. He was early for both appointments, respectful and tried his absolute best to resolve our problem purchase. I would highly recommend Dylon and Bucks Appliance

Dylon was Awesome! Was easy to schedule via text and was on time. Appreciated the heads up text that he was on his way! Dylon was also knowledgeable and honest with our situation. We could have had an additional carbon dioxide problem, but he warned us not to run the dryer at all while moving forward with replacing the dryer since repair costs would out weigh getting a new dryer. Dylon came out and diagnosed our issue for our stove. Explained the issue and got the part ordered quickly. Returned within a few days and installed the new part. Communication was great and the service was better. I'll be using him in the future for any other appliance issues.
