I enjoyed the sales process. It was easy and straightforward. I didn’t feel like I was being misinformed or taken advantage of. The install was an absolute nightmare. We had carpet and LVP installed, LVP in the finished main area of a basement and carpet on the stairs. The installers did not complete the leveling step and we had a lot of movement in the LVP. Installers also took all of the leftover supplies that I paid for. Management responded and sent out someone else. In one day two guys tore it up, leveled out the floor and put it back down. However, now we are a little over a year out and I noticed a huge gap under the stairs and the quarter round is popping out in multiple spots. Very impressed with Buddy's Carpet in Florence yet again. The customer service is top notch! Walked in to look at carpet for bedrooms in our home and was greeted by Kim. She was very knowledgeable and understood exactly what look we wanted. We were able to set up our measurement and install appt with ease and within our timeline. I purchased a home in Independence KY, thinking after the carpet was cleaned it would be in good shape, I was wrong the carpet needed replaced, I was in a difficult, stressful situation. I had furniture coming the next day. I called Buddy’s explaining I needed carpet through my whole house ASAP and within an hour Eric came by with samples and was on the phone for over an hour trying to find one of their installers who could squeeze me in due to the urgency on my needs. The next day Chewy came to my rescue and started ripping out the old stinky carpet. I have never had any company or salesman like Eric work so hard to help me solve a problem like he did and Chewy worked very late hours getting the areas ready so furniture could finally be delivered.
