He is a person you can trust to fix appliances or deliver, install, and take away appliances at a very fair price. He is a one man shop, so call before going. He also has coin operated washers in shop and repairs them if needed for rentals.

Rich responded to my calls and had exactly the parts I needed to fix my own washer. He is a one man shop and does house calls as well, so you just need to give him a chance to call back. Always helpful, with decent prices and good advice.

In this case, I was lucky enough that the simplest solution worked, but even if the next one ends up a thousand times more onerous, these folks will be the first I call. Great service!
