I started with Buffalo Energy in 2021 by having them install my furnace and central air conditioner in my mobile home along with putting foam insulation under my home. I had them work on my furnace today. Nick did a fantastic job replacing the heat exchanger in the furnace. He began by finding out that Co2 was leaking into my home. This in itself was very alarming as the number was very high. Nick did a thorough job conducting himself in a professional manner. At the close of the job he put a new Co2 detector in the home. Had another comp that works for my landlord. Furnace kept going out and couldn't fix it. Then I remembered Buffalo energy put in our furnace and air cond so I called them. The tech Nick was awesome! He found gas leak that the last comp replaced pipes and they were not put on right. Buffalo Energy came quick and discovered the leak and fixed it. Its been a couple cold days but once Buffalo energy got involved we finally have heat and no gas leaks! The boss even called to do a follow up to make sure all was good!! Highly recommend Buffalo Energy! Thanks for responding so quick and being so professional! If you need some one for heating or cooling issues, give them a call. Thanks guys! 5 star service!

After a positive experience having my home insulated which left pretty much no clean up, a piece of siding on the second story peak blew off during the last heavy wind and snow. I have had to find someone to go up and replace siding before. Good luck finding someone. I put the piece aside. Wasn’t the first time that piece had blown off since the piece included rusty nails. The other day, they were working across the street. I went over to return a caulk gun they had left behind and mentioned the siding. He wanted to see. He was willing to go up there and look and took the siding up as well. He was going to nail it back up but a piece was still missing. I called for an energy assessment through NYSERDA and the individual who called me back was less than pleasant. The same could be said for who they sent for the assessment. Nevertheless, it has been over two weeks without an estimate, even though I have attempted to contact Buffalo Energy. Good luck with this outfit since they’ve changed ownership. Not a rant but I believe feedback is important. Two stars because someone actually showed up for the appointment, it would have been one otherwise
