Diligent Overhead Door is a MUST hire! John and Teri Zappia, the owners of this small business, are incredibly accommodating and honest! They came out promptly on a bitterly cold Saturday morning on a holiday weekend to replace a the spring that had snapped on our garage door. Our vehicles were trapped inside as the door wouldn’t budge with the broken spring. We were grateful! John himself answer our telephone call and he and Teri came right out! We were so fortunate that Diligent Overhead Door was, completely by chance, who we called when we googled for a repair service. Incredibly fair price too!

John and his wife are excellent to work with. I found their number by chance just while COVID was coming to end. John has got to be one of the best people I’ve ever hired for a job. He was honest, on time, affordable, and self sufficient. I saved his number in my phone and now 3 years later- I needed him again for my second garage door. Sent a message double checking it was still him and he was out at the house by the end of the week. Not one had changed. He was on time, reliable, knowledgeable, and knew right what the problem was. Truly went above and beyond! After the job- we chatted for a few moments because him and his wife are just great people!

Our garage door wouldn’t close all the way I called John at Diligent Overhead Door. He called back right away and stopped by the next day. The repair was done right away and very reasonable. I recommend Diligent for door repair.
