In todays world when a consumer calls in a HVAC company for help, especially if the company is of a larger nature, you do not know if you are going to get a good apple or maybe the one bad apple at that company. Not only did I get the good apple, but I received a prompt, efficient, knowledgeable, courteous, patient, friendly craftsperson who answered the call. As trades companies loose their employees to retirement, hold on to the good apples you posses.

Great service all around. From the first call until installation was complete everything went great. The office was friendly and communicated well. The workers were on time, explained things, tidy and clean while working in your house and also efficient. I would highly recommend Cellino for any of the work they offer !

12/29/25 Update: Originally serviced by Troy, a new ignitor seemed to extend the life of my Dunkirk boiler until rust and scale eventually necessitated replacement. A brand-new cast-iron boiler was professionally installed by Carmen and Seth in very wintry conditions. Another outstanding job by the Cellino crew, who offered several options to fit my budget.

Esteban Cruz was beyond phenomenal!!! He was kind, easy to talk with, showed professionalism, respect and did amazing work. He explained (in detail) the issue and offered advice and the best way to approach our problem. I don’t know if you can request your service tech BUT if and when we need him again I will be asking for him!!! Thank you so much!!! The following day we had Nick for the camera service. He was just as wonderful! He explained what was going on and it turns out the company who put in our system… who shall remain nameless put pieces in BACKWARDS!!! No wonder the septic was backing up! Kody Tomaka is a GREAT young man. Very personable, nice, VERY WELL Educated in his subject matter and could answer any questions well and immediately. He was very good at explaining things and knows his profession well. I have extreme confidence in working with him and his company Cellino after meeting him at the show and then our appointment showing him the basement, current hot water heater and situation, going over types and where to put the new one. Looking forward to working with him/them!
