customer service and communication skills are really bad; he doesn't always answer or return phone calls. You as a customer have to chase him down for any answers. I repeatedly ask for the instructions for my equipment and he kept saying he would get it to me NEVER DID, instead of just saying he throw it out he lied and kept stringing me along (he wouldn't even order or mail the instructions, I still don't have them :/). He left my space heater running for 24 hours a day for 2 weeks and I was unable to turn it down or turn it off. I was promised a reimbursement on the gas bill once it came in, when I got the bill, he blocked me, and I was stuck paying the bill. We noticed early afternoon on the Sunday after Thanksgiving that our furnace was not working and it was chilly in the house, I called Will and he was installing a generator and said he would come by after and take a look. He figured out the issue and replaced the part and fixed the problem. I would not hesitate using this company again.

Buyer beware!! Check the BBB regarding this business. He has ripped me off and others as well. I am in the process of legal action action against Bill T and his scam of a company. Very smooth talker but no action and lots of excuses until he disappears.
