I don’t have enough good things to say about Buffalo Valley Fence and Decks! From the very beginning from when we signed the contract, to the very end of the project, they were absolutely incredible. They have great customer service and exceptional communication with the customer. We had a few changes in scheduling and they were very accommodating and understanding. The quality and efficiency of their work was truly incredible. I noticed the workers being very meticulous, making sure everything was level and aligned perfectly. Not to mention, they had to install a small portion of the fence that was in some river rock landscaping that we previously put in years ago, and they put everything back just the way they found it. We had a deck added to our house and everything turned out great from start to finish. The entire process—from getting a quote to getting scheduled—was quick, easy, and well organized. The pricing was fair, and the crew was efficient while paying close attention to detail throughout the build. They also did a great job keeping the worksite clean each day, which we really appreciated. Everyone we worked with was friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with. Buffalo Valley Fence & Decks did an excellent job on our project. We hired them to replace our worn out 16 x 20 deck and rails. It took less than 1 month from the estimate to project completion! They were very honest in guiding us in which materials would work best for our yard... with no upselling pressure.
