Very prompt service. I went over my issues and they had everything repaired and working within a half hour. They even took the time to repair my wooden garage door at no cost. Highly recommend.

I had a door that was older and I wanted to get it fixed or replaced. Wasn't sure which. I gave a call to M R Garage Doors and they came out to help me evaluate the situation. Super nice. Everything was looked over, and he even tried to make some adjustments to help the situation (it wasn't opening and closing smoothly at all). At my request he gave an estimate of repair costs, and then replacement costs. Always in a courteous manner, everything was explained and options detailed. I appreciated the thorough response and explanation without making me feel like I didn't know anything. :) In the end, we let it slide for a while to see if the old one would hold out, and then decided to get a total replacement. The cost was what I feel was fair. The guys came out and replaced everything
