My experience was wonderful. Very kind from the beginning, they scheduled me quickly and gave me thorough details of what to expect. Eli was my electrician and he was absolutely wonderful. He explained the quote and performed the work quickly and efficiently. Also very friendly, if I need anything in the future I will 100% ask for him again. I couldn’t have been happier with my experience. My ceiling fans he installed look wonderful and took tons of stress off of me having to install them myself.

I lost power in my garage, because of busted pipes. I called Thomas Edison and spoke to a very sweet and kind lady. She took down all my info and sent someone out right away. I had a very nice men named Mauricio come to my home. He was very well educated and explained every step of the way. He was so nice and helpful. He made my day so much better. Me and my family are so thankful for him coming and fixing the electrical for us. I highly recommend them to my friends and family if you have any electrical issues. Because they were so nice from the first phone call all the way to the end. Thank you for helping us ☺️

Great customer service for sure! They keep you informed about when they are coming, which is very helpful when they give you a 3 hour block of when they could come. They have a tracker so you can see when the electrician will be there. They are clear on their estimates and our guy was very kind and friendly. The work he did was well done as far as I can tell. It was a lot of money but I didn't get other estimates to see if it was competitive or not as I have no idea how much things could cost.

I started a project on my own and while confident in my abilities I was completely stumped while installing a new bathroom exhaust fan/light, I called Thomas Edison electric first thing in the morning and was surprised that they had an immediate opening available. (Their online booking process is also very simple and they called almost immediately to confirm the appointment and get additional details). Appointment also got bumped up to a sooner time due to availability which worked out great for me. My tech ( Cameron J.) showed up and immediately from his introduction and his high energy I could tell he was the tech that I needed. He was very knowledgeable and professional, he knew almost immediately what my problem was and was able to get it fixed, but not only did he fix the problem I h

The electrician (Eli) that came to help with our flickering light issue was awesome! He was very knowledgeable and personable. He went over things with me and ultimately resolved the issue. We has some loose neutral lugs on the main panel and on a couple breakers. He would tell me everything he was doing and why he was doing them. I would recommend Thomas Edison and specifically Eli to anyone who needs any electrical work done. I will absolutely be using them again in the future if need be. Great job and thank you!
