He explained how he was going to treat the problem and did exactly what he said he was going to do! I called Bill at 4pm on a Tuesday and he said I'll be right out and he was. It only took him 20 minutes and he was there. He explained what I had(HORNETS) and he explained how he would get rid of the hornets nest under my siding and on the peaks of my 2 story house. He explained the products he would use and how they worked. And also where to find the information about the products. He sprayed the spots I need him to and he also sprayed another side of the house for no extra charge. He said if I see another hornet on any side of my home to call him back and he would spray again for free. Bill has fast service and he guarantees the work he does. And he is also a great guy to talk to. He is very knowledgeable of what he is doing.
