I called them to get a termite letter when I was selling my home. They did a great service, made a fast appointment, and gave me the paperwork I needed for my house closing. I called them to do my regular pest control when I moved to Bluffton.
Local businessman, friendly, and thorough. Have had a contract with Terminex for previous 3 years and they did absolutely nothing other than a quick walkthrough and billing me for a service that was non existent. The Bug Guy will actually perform termite treatment to save your investment. Dont be fooled by the big company advertising and get real protection from termites.
Glen and Candy were so helpful and down to earth responding immediately to our request for extermination.
Super effective. Before Glen I had bugs, after Glen no bugs. Very happy.
Cooperative, informative, knowledgeable...a pleasure to deal with.
