Bug House Pest Control

The folks at Bug House have been exceptional! From the lady I spoke with on the phone to the young man that came to my house to inspect and quote me on service. Everyone has been kind, gracious, and professional. After a thorough inspection, I was given a list of options, directions on the things I could do to save myself money and pricing on those same items, if I wanted to have them done for me. I selected a package of options to meet my needs. For a reasonable price, my plan will include quaterly treatments for ants, spiders, roaches, mice, termites, and mosquitoes. Also the ability to contact them for anything else that might arise between treatments. All in all, I have been impressed and pleased so far.

bughouse has been very good for the two years i have had them but for some reason they have dropped the ball lately. i have called repeatedly to get a matter resolved but to no avail. what gives? i do not owe anything and have always paid when they came, now this! i do not understand...........g

As a Realtor, I was headed into a closing this week with no termite letter, as is required for this loan to close. I called Brandon with my plea. Taylor at the office promptly called me back to set up a time and Tyler got out to the property quickly. Prompt, professional, friendly, and they know the business.. they understood the urgency. I would absolutely recommend this company to other real estate professionals and consumers.

Trey was polite and efficient with the install. He removed the previous vendors equipment and gathered into a bag for quick disposal.

paid $80 for them to come spray for roaches every month for about 7 months it took them 5 minutes to finish in my 2000 square ft house and they never sprayed outside or put down any bait or did anything else. the bugs we're less but never went away fully and they charged us $25 fee when they came on a day we weren't home my husband couldn't answer the phone because he was busy at work I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!
