Cullens Supply - Sandersville

I hate that I have to give even one star. This place sucks. Also hate that I’ve spent money with them. We took our bad boy mower in, that is still under warranty, to have some work done to it. It was sputtering, and needed a new pulley on the deck. When we went to pick it up, was told it would be $319 for the pulley that was replaced, and they didn’t find anything else wrong with it. My husband told the lady No it was still under warranty. She was extremely RUDE, but ended up covering it under the warranty. They had our mower for two weeks, we got it home and same thing. Sputtering. Ended up taking it to Premier in Thomson, they had it ready in 2 days. Coil was bad. Now it’s Running great. Never again will we spend a dime with these people.

Not friendly not very helpful just wanted me outta there ; waited for help or at least acknowledgement that I was in the place for 15 minutes. In the past had awesome customer service as soon as I stepped in the door, so much so I bought a nice expensive Stihl chainsaw from them, worth the money for sure. If I'd have had today's experience, I'd never have bought one. They need vast improvement in customer service, makes me think they’re under new management. Sad to see it go down.

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Very surprised to find basic arborist climbing gear in stock. Even had a used professional Husqvarna chainsaw for sale... that, and it was priced at the true market value. Can't tell you how rare that is to find at a saw shop!

Always friendly & excited to help with whatever you give. Not always the fastest but protection does take time. Reasonable priced and very reliable product. Nothing beats a Stihl!

Friendly staff and excellent customer service even while accommodating many customers, great job guys!
