Sears Appliance Repair

Calvin our technician was very polite, friendly and easy to talk to. He diagnosed our problem with our stove and took time to explain to us what he found to be the problem. I could not have asked for a better person he was awesome.

The technician was great and very informative. However, when I first called sears appliance repair department I was told that they would fix my washer the same day. I told them the code that was popping up on my machine and I was told the technician would fix it when they come Friday. Well he came and said that he didn’t have the part on his truck. I was confused because I told the customer service lady and she said the technician will have it and my washer would get fixed Friday. Maybe they are miss informed. I don’t know. But the lack of communication caused me to be late to work and still not have my appliance serviced. DO BETTER

I have no complaints. Service was excellent. Technician was very knowledgeable and professional. Got my fridge back up and running in a jiffy and didn’t attempt to rip me off. Will definitely use in the future.

The Tech was very knowledgeable about my gas range. He did a thorough job in testing and resolving my problem.

Waited all week for my appointment and they canceled the same day. Not a great first impression
