I see they have pretty good reviews unfortunately my experience with this company was not a good one I had them come out a couple years ago because we saw termite damage inside my house We showed them the problem area I was presented a contract, and I felt like the man was wanting me to hurry up and sign I said what am I signing basically He said well just to give us permission to treat your property so I skimmed through it and signed it . At no time did that man tell me in order to keep the warranty in effect you must have a yearly inspection I didn't know that I've never had this done before and I thought I was good to go had I known I had to have it inspected to keep the warranty intact I would have definitely come up with the money to do it To me that's a pretty big deal when someone a

Scheduling was both fast and friendly. The crew who responded over the 3 days to complete the crawl space work were polite, thorough, and even went above and beyond when an unexpected water line leak was discovered. We couldn’t recommend their services more to those in the Roanoke area!

Bug Man was very quick to come and do the inspection. They were very quick to come and do the treatment. The only hiccup in the process was in getting the documentation needed to for proof of what was actually done.

Brandon, Carter, Jacob, and all the other guys who helped schedule and complete our crawlspace work were extremely polite, professional, and hard workers. They arrived on time, confirmed the work we wanted done, and had everything they needed to start work right away cleaning construction debris out of the crawlspace in our 8 year old home, installing a French drain system, sump pump, dehumidification system, and new vapor barrier. The foreman communicated status of their work on a regular basis and the worksite was clean before they left each day. Once work was complete Carter did a walkthrough with me and explained how everything works.
