Bug Out

I found Bug Out on Google. After reading other reviews, I choose them. And they did not disappoint!! Ryan was my tech in the Brooksville area. He was punctual and polite. He showed me possible points of entry for rodents. And showed me how to correct the issue. The information he shared was very valuable to me. I'm afraid of EVERY bug there is! He made me feel safe moving into a new place. Thank you for a pleasant and reassuring interaction. I'll update in about a month to let you know if I see any bugs! But as for the first impression, I would definitely recommend Bug Out.

Mathew was very punctual, and professional. He kept me informed on everything he was doing while he did it and answered all my questions in a courteous way. I would highly recommend using this company, everyone I have interacted with so far has been great!

Recently, I called the main number with a couple of problems that we were having including Cinch bugs & dollar weed . I detailed what our concerns were before we started looking for a different company, and I was told that the manager of our area, which would be Brooksville servicing Homosassa with call me by the end of the day. It is now five days later, I have not received a phone call so I called again . I was told that apparently the manager is busy, but that they would put in another request for him to call. If he didn’t call by the end of the day the next day, then I should call yet again and they’ll have the corporate manager call him. John Morgan is my guy and always helps me with anything. He is very personable and wonderful. I hope I can keep him coming back as long as I still can afford, it just lost my husband recently, so hopefully I'll be able to keep my house. And him coming out to get rid of bugs cause I hate bugs, and he does the yard, he does the whole 360 thing.Thank you john!
