Bug Shark - Cleveland

I’m very happy with the services offered. We pay a fair price, the techs are always pleasant and well informed, they communicate well, and best of all we haven’t had bugs in the house!

I previously went with another company that is a high commercial name.. with high prices and techs that were out in five minutes.. My problem still was there after 2 treatments so I called bugshark and not only were they lower priced but the tech Richard Grubb was efficient and listened to where I thought my problem areas were and treated all areas as requested he spent time to make sure all was taken care of. Company was professional but friendly. I really appreciate them and ig you need an extermination I highly recommended them 😊

Both the sales rep and the technician/exterminator were very friendly and thorough. They were able to come service my property within 2 hours of signing up and the monthly rate beats any other quotes I've been given. I appreciate the door to door rep's warm attitude, transparency, and knowledge of the service/product. The service technician was very personable and went out of his way to ensure a detailed and precise execution of outdoor pest prevention treatment. Thank you to both team members!

Rick came to service our home yesterday (9/18). He was very clear about how he was going to treat the house, he was kind & professional, and was super personable. I am hesitant to allow people into my home, but am thankful that he was the one to help us. Thank you, Rick!

The salesperson was very kind and polite and explained all the details of the work that could be done.... This morning the gentleman Casey was also very, very, very responsible and courteous, and did an excellent job throughout the whole outside of the house.
