Yes my garage door tech was named Chad Winters. He came and explained to me the job that would be good for me with my situation. He went over and reviewed what was causing my problem and he came up with a solution. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with his recommendations and I appreciate him taking the time to explain it to me and letting me know pricing and that if it could fit into my budget we can do it today or we could schedule it out being a senior and on a fixed income.
