Tyler was amazing. Punctual and professional. He was very informative and knowledgeable. He did an excellent job 👍. Within hours of him being at the house the roaches were already dying and decreasing in numbers. We will have to retreat in a few weeks due to the condition the renters left the house. We contacted Bug Shockers to spray our new home for bugs and spiders and check for mice as a preventative measure. We are so glad we did! I have used Bug Shockers twice and both times have been pleased with the ease of scheduling, price, and friendliness of the technician that took care of us. The only thing that I would recommend for Bug Shockers is to have their technicians put on shoe covers when they enter a house, as they tracked in some dirt on the carpet. Overall great experience and those pesky spiders are few and far between now!
