Ultra Modern Pool and Patio - Derby

Espen was absolutely wonderful! I came in with a lot of questions about the chemicals for my hot tub and he took the time to sit down with me and explain everything thoroughly. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and never made me feel rushed. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about helping customers understand what they need rather than just making a sale. Thanks to Espen, I left feeling confident and informed. Highly recommend asking for him!

Espen James, I think was his name. I went into this store, completely clueless mind you. My hot tub has been doing things that I thought would be completely unknown to mankind. Espen was beyond helpful and had the answers and knowledge on subjects I had never thought possible.
