I requested service because one of my springs broke. Called at 8 am they told me it would be about 10:30 am. Brandon showed up about 10:15 and the issue was fixed by 10:45. Quick fairly priced service! Couldn’t recommend them enough.

Our plans for last night were disrupted by household gremlins. Our garage door came off track: Their staff stayed into the evening hours to make sure the repair was “like new”. Thanks tlfor people like Derby Garage Door in difficult times!

Very quick and reasonably priced! I called them at 11:30 AM for a quote to replace broken springs on my garage. Called a couple of other places but Derby Overhead was the best quote with quickest availability. Luckily there was a tech finishing up a job near by and he replaced the springs and I was completely done by 12:30. I would definitely recommend Derby Overhead to everyone.

We are very happy with the product that we purchased from Greg and the technicians Nate and Brad were very professional during the installation and setup of the door. They were very careful to not damage the door during the installation process which I really appreciated. The process was very smooth.
