Build Design Center Kitchen & Bath

We had our entire basement remodeled by Build Design Center Kitchen and Bath in Frederick, MD, including a kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom, and laundry room, and we couldn’t be happier. The design by Nadide was beautiful and well planned. Our project manager Muti kept us informed every step of the way, and Becca, the store manager, truly went above and beyond — she checked in often and visited the job multiple times to make sure everything was running smoothly. The crews were professional, on time, worked clean, and paid close attention to detail. We highly recommend Build Design Center Kitchen and Bath for their quality work and excellent customer care.

When I first met Nadide to discuss changes to my kitchen , I knew this was the company I wanted to do my renovation. She was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and had lots of great ideas and suggestions. More than that , she made us feel like we were the most important clients she had. Always available to answer questions. Prompt responses. The gentleman who worked on our kitchen were fabulous and did a great job. I could not have asked for a better experience! I highly recommend BDC to anyone! They are THE BEST!!

Build Design Center Kitchen & Bath remodeled our laundry room, partial master bathroom remodel, but the best of all was our kitchen remodel which also included a butler's pantry, wine bar, and workspace area. Nadide and Becca were instrumental in selection of cabinetry, design, and hardware. Their installation crew is exceptional. They helped us make good decisions based on their extensive experience. Their work is very high end. The substantial part of the kitchen remodel was done in three weeks. I am truly appreciative of the value and return on investment they brought to our house. We had our kitchen and master bath remodeled by Build Design Center, and the whole experience was excellent. We visited several other places before deciding, and we quickly noticed that most “designers” were really salespeople. At Build Design Center, it was completely different. Nadide, their designer, is a true professional with both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in interior design. Her ideas and attention to detail made all the difference. Becca managed the project beautifully, keeping us informed and on schedule. The crew, led by Ihsan, did outstanding work and kept everything clean throughout the job. We’re very happy with the results and highly recommend them!

We went in to build design center with an odd request to find a faucet to match the rest of our bathroom fixtures. Becca was extremely helpful in finding a match that we would not have found on our own. She was so friendly and willing to help. While we were not there to do a full bathroom renovation, we could tell just by Becca’s customer service that any service through Build Design Center is top-notch quality.
