Aleck, Luke, Mario, Austin did an excellent job today installing our new gas furnace. Owner Scott was also super easy to work with on the sales end. Don’t let the young faces of this company make you question their knowledge and expertise. Their hiring and training teams deserve kudos because everyone is always so friendly and knowledgeable, no matter how young they are! Great communication, easy to understand explanations, seamless installs, and friendly customer service. This is our second HVAC unit from Smock and the entire process each time has been stress-free. They have fair prices and great financing options too. I wouldn’t use anyone else for my HVAC needs! Thank you Smock!

Brian R was the tech who came for the maintenance service this time. He was polite, friendly, professional, courteous, and went out of his way to make sure I understood the condition of my HVAC system (it is good). He evaluated all components to ensure they are operating properly and specifically looked for ways for us to reduce our utility bills. All of the techs from Smock have been great. I am glad we found them and plan on working with them well into the future. Thank you!

I had a great experience with Smock Heating and Air. Adam and Doug were outstanding from start to finish. They took the time to make sure my steam humidifier was installed correctly and didn’t rush through the job. You can tell they truly care about doing things the right way. Both technicians were extremely polite, professional, and knowledgeable, and they explained everything clearly. Adam even went above and beyond by helping me move something in my house, which was completely unexpected and very appreciated. That level of customer service is rare these days. Great company with great people. Ryan on the initial maintenance and then Mitch and Otto with some help from Luke. Very professional yet friendly. Clean fast and thorough.
