I had a very positive experience with this company. The technician who came to fix my garage door, Jacob Hoffmann, was very friendly, professional, and thorough. He carefully inspected the issue and took the time to clearly explain what was going on and what needed to be fixed. I really appreciated how thoughtfully he walked me through the problem, rather than rushing through the job. The customer service representative was also excellent; very friendly, attentive, and helpful in scheduling the appointment and answering my questions.

Jacob Hoffmann just completed our garage door repair. We had three companies give estimates and chose Jacob for several reasons: he was polite and respectful; he was extremely knowledgeable about our door and options available for the repair; the other two companies gave complicated and more expensive suggestions for repairing my remote, but Jacob solved the issue by simply replacing the led light bulb! He is a congenial, hard working young man who was obviously well-raised. We are happy to have found this trustworthy gentleman for our garage door needs.
