Builder Services of NC

Worked with the Builder Services team on a recent project. Very impressed with their professionalism and concern for us doing the best job for the customer. I had an issue beyond our control on the project and they addressed it immediately. Their industry knowledge and processes for doing a thorough job was refreshing.

I was left with the task of handling an insurance claim for my roof which was leaking due to missing shingles and some storms that had come through my area. I initially hired another company who tarped the roof and it was quite the headache, between setting up a time for them to come out to communicating with the office staff to even pay a bill, I was more than frustrated and decided not to use them for my repairs. I did some research and went with Builders Service. After having a less than pleasant experience with another company- builders services went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me. We had a terrible leak that was unexpected and had water over our entire showroom that stopped us from doing business. We contacted Builder Services of NC and they had a crew at our location in less than 4 hours. They assisted us with a plumber and set up equipment at our facility to dry us out and we were back in business the next afternoon. Joe, one of the supervisors was great to deal with. Builders Services has been wonderful to work with. The mitigation team was kind, empathetic, helpful and professional especially during a most trying time. The build-back and working with the general contractor was also good. Our contractor was kind, honest, professional. Issues that were difficult were handled well and satisfactorily.
