Dave Muller, and his team at BSU, were exceptional to work with. Dave was responsive in all forms of communication: phone calls, texts, emails, and most importantly, in person. He came to our home several times and shared so much knowledge and expertise about the work at hand. He welcomed every question and addressed every new concern as they arose. The team was professional, skilled, and we were not made to feel like we were in the way, when we watched them work (and take photos) from a safe distance. We are completely satisfied with the sound advice Dave provided, the job his team performed, and knowing we have a sound long-lasting guaranteed foundation to our home. After the August rain my basement was leaking and I took on water. I reached out to multiple companies to get quotes for water proofing and they were outrageous for me financially. Dave came and out quoted me and when I told him I couldn’t afford it he came up with a way for me to get it done. He asked if I knew anyone who could operate the machinery needed to dig out the foundation, and a lightbulb went off, duuhhh my husband is a heavy machine operator! Great service, professional, punctual and fast. My wife and I were a little concerned with the condition of our basement. We spoke to a couple of contractors but we didn't like what we were offered. We met with Dave the owner, great guy, honest and upfront with the whole process since the first day. My wife and I thought the project was going to take a little bit longer but they did a really great job, and in a matter of days, we knew it was going to be a little challenging with the space but the team at Building Structures really knows how to get the job done. My wife and I are really happy with the result, we know that from now on we won't have to worry about a thing anymore. Building Structures is going to be our go to from now.

TLDR, I would highly recommend Dave and his team. Dave was super quick to respond to my inquiry. The same day I reached out we were looking around my basement and exterior foundation. He gave a thorough perspective of what the problems could be, as well as itemized the steps to take to improve my home's structure to prevent further damage. When it came time to discuss the actual work, Dave was responsive and friendly; and gave a detailed outline of all sub-projects we discussed in person; as well as steps and materials involved in each. When it came to the work, Dave's team was on site within a few days, and finished the work much faster than I expected. The work looked solid and the work areas were left tidy.
