We needed to get new windows on a 125 year old home. We met with the team from Victory that explained the process and the value proposition. The demo by the sales team was thorough, answering every question we had. The follow-up by the project manager was very professional and informative of how we needed to prepare and what to expect on the install date. The install team was efficient and very clean. They left the frames of the windows in better shape, patching holes and repairing trim. The final review of the work was very detailed. They provided some suggestion on window care and signs of wear and tear outside of the windows installed. We were so pleased with the team that we decided to get new gutters.
