We hired Built By Babb to completely renovate our kitchen inside and out. The job required all aspects of construction expertise from demolition to finish carpentry (interior and exterior walls, drywall, plumbing, paint, cabinets, tile, electrical, etc). Mr. Babb and his expert crew handled all the details flawlessly. We got an initial quote and a 10% overage margin to cover more expensive choices on our part. The job came in right where he said it would. The workers were great to have around and frankly, we miss seeing them. If I had it to do all over I wouldn't change a thing. I can't say enough good things about Johnny and the Built By Babb Team. There are plenty of people out there who say they want to take a look at a job, but unfortunately there are very few that show up and take action. Johnny was a breath of fresh air. We had a couple of projects that we needed to get knocked out including pulling up old basement flooring and installing new, as well as addressing a leaking shower door in our master bath. I was recommended Johnny who I had never met or used prior. He came in and followed up on every single thing he said and that we discussed. We have used Built By Babb for two jobs. First was a small job, a master bath remodel, after receiving a local recommendation for Built By Babb. John and his crew showed up on time, did the work as promised and stuck to the original estimate on price. About a year later the second job was a substantial house renovation on a new to us home which they just completed. Some job highlights included a new roof, new tile, removal of old tile flooring and replacement with hardwood floors and major master bath remodeling. We also had some electrical work, drywall and paint work done and new carpet installation. I recently hired Built by Babb to repair the ceiling in my bedroom after part of it collapsed due to a roof leak, and the experience exceeded all my expectations. They removed the damaged plaster and lathing, installed new drywall, painted, and even installed a ceiling fan. The entire team worked with remarkable skill, and the finished product is perfect! I really appreciate Mr. Babb and his team being willing to do some roof repairs to my house. As a first time home owner who bought a house that needed a little work, it has been a little overwhelming trying to find some good contractors. I have been trying to get a roofer for 5 months who was willing to make repairs. What I found is that many roofers were not interested in coming out unless they got to do a whole new roof. I really appreciate Mr. Babb getting his team to make these repairs and extend the life of the roof I currently have. His roofers were very friendly to speak to too, and they cleaned up all the debris from the yard, which I appreciate very much. I think the work was high quality at a fair price. Thank you guys!
