I am not sure if there are even enough words in the dictionary to describe this amazing company. I know several well companies and owners, and when we had an emergency and lost water on Father's day weekend, we made the decision to call them. The call back was immediate, Matt was super nice. But, this only barely touches the surface of this experience. Not only where they prompt on there time coming out, jumped right in and started working, the issues that continued to arise over the next week, ( of absolutely no fault of theirs at all, we have a 30 year old well) was phenomenal!!!! I would like to take this opportunity to thank Steven for taking my call and especially thank Matt for coming over to Hampton to repair my in-ground well to my irrigation system. My system kept cycling every minute due to a leak in the well which would eventually have ruined the motor. Woke up in the middle of the night to zero water coming in through the house lines and knew we would need to make a service call in the morning, but have never needed our well serviced since we bought our home 3 years ago. Looked online and most places in the area are closed on weekends and wouldn’t be open until Monday morning. We are a family with children, pets and livestock so being without water for at least 3 days was not on our Bingo card. I called the few places that had Saturday hours and couldn’t get anyone to answer, until I called Christian & Pugh. BLUF (Bottom Line Up Front): Christian & Pugh operates w/ a high level of Integrity and is deserving of your Trust and Business. I called Christian & Pugh to pull a coliform sample from my well for a refi. The first sample failed and they came out and drew another sample which had to get reanalyzed. In the whole process of drawing samples, sending off for analysis, and chlorinating the well to ensure a SAT sample on the re-draw, we never discussed any sort of cost. I was shocked when I got my bill and a strange smell from my well a couple of days later. I wrote an email on a SUNDAY asking for advice on the smell and explaining that I was surprised by my bill. Matt called not even 30 min later and explained the smell was normal, gave me some follow-up instructions, and took responsibility

I don’t typically leave reviews however I wanted to let everyone know how great this company was for us. Matt was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He went above our expectations on quality of service. We would give him and his employees 10 stars if that was an option. We had an issue with our well and within a short period of time he was out to address the problem and fix it quickly the same day! His service and communication were both excellent, we highly recommend this company for your needs.
