During a recent cold snap, we had a problem with a freezing exterior drip line from a high-efficiency furnace which had been installed by a different company than Harrison. What a difference in customer service to work with Harrison than the original contractor. The people at Harrison are friendly, caring and most of all, competent and responsive. Brett did a great job helping us out and solving the problem. Would highly recommend based on this experience.

I had two companies evaluate my failing HCAC SYSTEM and Harrison had exactly what I wanted with the best price. The installation was done within one week. Bret, Brad and Kenny arrived on time, took out the old system and installed the new Trane AC and furnace all in the same day Great workers! Great price! Great company!

I reached out to Harrison after calling another heating and air company we had previously used for maintenance and repairs. I was shocked by the estimate they gave me for a replacement part and installation when our AC stopped cooling—they even suggested replacing the entire unit because of its age and the cost of the repair. Our home was built in 2017. Daniel from Harrison came out, inspected both of our units and our mini-split, and informed me that the part we needed was still under warranty. He offered a very reasonable price for the installation, and the service was excellent. We’ll be using Harrison from now on!

Harrison Mechanical employees were very professional. They did exactly what they said they were going to do with no hidden fees. The price of our heating system was about half the cost of their next closest competitor.. We were very pleased with the final results.
