My building makes us use these people. I ended up in a situation where the lock on my door needed to be replaced. I called a locksmith, and they replaced the lock, everything was fine. My building manager tells me that only these clowns are allowed to replace the lock so I have to pay them to get it done "Correctly." Of course, it's more money than the guy I paid, but I'm getting quality work, right? Wrong. They didn't reinstall the lock correctly. The door starts catching and won't open right. The deadbolt prevents the key from working, so I can't use the deadbolt either. Couldn't get that fixed. Now the door lock is completely broken. I'm locked inside my own unit because my building wants us to use these clowns. I would give zero stars if I could.

10 out of 10 would recommend a hundred times over. My parents house was broken into while they were on vacation and a total mess inside and Andy beat the cops to the house (the cops took 4 hrs 🫠) and was a total gem! He had a great attitude and was incredibly kind and secured the house with new locks. On truly the worst day of my life, I was really glad to have him there. Andy deserves a raise! Whatever he currently gets paid, double it!!!! I didn’t get the name of the woman I talked to on the phone, but I was crying when she called to tell me that someone was heading over. I let her know that the cops hadn’t arrived and I didn’t know if the locksmith would feel comfortable going into the house. She was really kind and gentle with me and asked if I was safe and helped me calm down a bit.

Jacob replaced a patio door lock and modified the strike so the door closed better for us. Very professional. He did a great job.

Unfortunately, the employees are unprofessional and their customer service is rude and low-quality. Additionally, paying with a Visa card is difficult, and the amount may be held for at least two business days. In short, my experience with them was bad, and I don't plan to repeat it.
