We could not be more pleased with BulletROOF and Josh Dolina! They made the entire project easy from start to finish. Josh and his crew went above and beyond to ensure we were completely satisfied with their work. He has a thorough understanding of insurance claims and handled the entire process, including submitting all necessary documents and photos to our insurance company. We were especially grateful for his help in answering our questions about roofing colors, warranties, and product quality. I even joked with him that getting our roof replaced was easier than a trip to Costco! Thank you for treating our project like it was your own home.

Thank you to BulletRoof project consultant Jared Dudley who handled my roofing project and worked diligently with the Insurance Company since he has a strong knowledge of Insurance claims and handled the entire process by submitting all necessary documents and photos. He made the project easy from the start to the end. Jared answered all my questions and has a great personality. He brought me roof samples to pick from and explained the process.. Highly Recommend Bulletproof! Carter went above and beyond to ensure my insurance company received the accurate information requested in order to make a decision on replacing my roof. It took a few times going back and forth with my insurance but he saw it through and finally got everything approved. The crew came out on time and did a great job replacing to roof and cleaning up the debris and nails before they left. Again I am very pleased and definitely recommend Carter with bulletproof.

Not only did Clayton Danner give me confidence he could get the insurance approved, he walked me through every part of it: he was on site (ON TIME, EVERY TIME) and worked with the insurance adjuster to get the amount for a full roof repair and the had it scheduled with perfect timing alongside other repairs I planned. When the crew showed up, their Production Manager Mike stated insurance would pay for new decking per code. They stopped laying shingles down and ensured the new decking was put down. Beware of this company. BulletROOF replaced our roof in August 2021 here in Apex NC and now we have a leak. Left 2 voicemail messages (12/7/25 and 12/9/25) and no response or call back. The former project manager is no longer there (I still had his cell) and their website is down like they are out of business. Very disappointed as I had their 5 yr workmanship warranty guarantee! Called another local, highly respected, roofing company and they said the flashing was done poorly/incorrectly in the leak area where the roof meets the brick and there was no ice/water shield, now I am on the hook for ~$2K to fix plus the damage done inside still needs an estimate.
