Burbank City Public Works

I don't know what has changed, but these guys are on top of it. Great group of guys, very helpful. They change is definitely good for the city. It is starting to head in the right direction. Keep up the good work.

People be aware of public works because they come and cut your shrubs and trees with no reason. They really can do a lot of damage cutting down wrong shrubs and trees. Please document everything on your phones and report them.

Left 7 messages within the last few days. this includes talking to live person. My elderly parents including the neighbors has backup up pipes that's effecting toilets, plumbing inside the house backing up, also backing up in the yards. It is now the weekend. Public Works is closed for weekend. No I've ever came over to fix the problem.

Overall do a great job and whatever I ask for gets done. Only problem is when I asked Matt to fill a pothole by my house, he told me to kick rocks and drove off.

Public works replaced my wheels and garbage lid that was chewed up by squirrels. Done at no charge. It was done in less than 2 hours after calling!
